In the United States, there are several jurisdictions who are directly affiliated with the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople. Besides the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, the following fall under this category:

• Stavropegial Monasteries and Churches
• Albanian Orthodox Diocese
• Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese
• Ukrainian Orthodox Church

The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America is in communion with several other Jurisdictions within the United States, though many of these have an affiliation with a different Patriarchate. For example, the Antiochian Archdiocese of North America is affiliated with the Patriarchate of Antioch.
